What We Build
Stamped and finished concrete patios built for entertaining, from a bare backyard to a pergola-covered space with built-in seating.
Artificial turf laid over a proper base so it drains right and stays flat, front yards to full backyard remodels.
Graded and compacted gravel or decomposed granite driveways, resurfaced correctly the first time so it doesn't turn to mud in winter.
Stone and block retaining walls built straight and level, with a root barrier and proper drainage behind them so they stay that way.
Fountain cleaning and repair, plus drain and irrigation line installation and troubleshooting.
Removal of mature trees whose roots have outgrown their spot, including full root removal so they don't come back.
Brick and block masonry, outdoor kitchens, and concrete work built to hold up outside.
Fence and gate installation and repairs to finish off a yard or fix what's falling apart.
Ongoing yard maintenance for clients who want their landscaping looked after, not just installed once.
A Recent Rebuild
A different company had installed decomposed granite for a client's patio. Winter came and it turned into a mud feast, and the backyard went unusable. Alejandro came out for a quote and understood the vision straight away. He advised concrete pavers instead of DG so the space would hold up and still leave room for a patio cover down the line.
No payment upfront, on time for every visit, and the client liked the result enough to bring the crew back for the planting too.

About A&F Landscaping
A&F Landscaping is a licensed Fairfield landscaping and hardscape contractor. Alejandro handles quotes himself, usually the same day you call, and works the job alongside his crew from demo to final cleanup. We take on full yard remodels and one-off fixes alike: a driveway that's turned to mud, a retaining wall pushed over by tree roots, a fountain that's never been cleaned.
We're a California corporation, licensed with the CSLB, and we've been building and maintaining yards across Fairfield and Solano County since 2021.
